Seetrafix is a catalog-led ecommerce platform for physical auto parts. It is not a workshop-booking or field-service platform.

The storefront is designed to help buyers browse, order, and follow up on stocked parts using the current Seetrafix catalog and support flows.

Catalog, pricing, and availability

Catalog information, stock visibility, and pricing may change over time as product and supplier data is updated.

Catalog availability may change as stock data is refreshed

Prices are shown in KES for local buyers

Product details should be read together with fitment context and part-number guidance where relevant

Orders and payment

An order enters the normal fulfilment flow once checkout information is completed and the order is recorded in the storefront.

Orders rely on the billing and delivery details supplied during checkout

Only the payment methods shown in the storefront at checkout are available for that order flow

Order references and billing email are required for efficient post-purchase lookup and support

Delivery and fulfilment

Seetrafix dispatches from Nairobi and supports fulfilment across Kenya through local delivery and courier workflows.

Nairobi delivery targets and nationwide courier guidance are operational targets, not universal guarantees

Dispatch timing may depend on stock status, destination, or fitment clarification before shipment

Public tracking and support follow-up are available after checkout

Support and fitment guidance

Auto parts are fitment-sensitive purchases. Support is intended to reduce obvious ordering mistakes, but buyers should still review the part context carefully.

Fitment support is guidance, not a replacement for full vehicle inspection
